A grievance refers to any issue related to the product or service availed by the consumer from the Buddy Deals platform for which the consumer seeks resolution.

  3. Submit your query or complaint.

Our Grievance Redressal Mechanism:

  1. Upon receipt of a consumer grievance, we will acknowledge it within 48 hours through email, phone call, or SMS.
  2. The consumer will receive a unique ID to track the grievance status.
  3. Our Consumer Care and Grievance Officer will make all possible efforts to resolve the grievance expeditiously within the prescribed timeline as per applicable laws.
  4. A grievance will be considered closed and disposed of when the consumer is communicated with and offered solutions by our Consumer Care or Grievance Officer.
