2. Membership Eligibility
- Legally Binding Contracts: Transactions are only available to those who can enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Minors (Under 18): If you are a minor, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Termination Rights: Buddy Deals reserves the right to terminate membership if an underage user is found transacting independently.
3. Your Account and Registration
- Account Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Display Name and Password.
- Account Access: If unauthorized access occurs, users must immediately notify Buddy Deals.
- Email & Mobile Updates: Users must keep their mobile number and email address updated.

5. Platform for Transactions and Communication
The Platform allows buyers and sellers to transact. Buddy Deals:
- Does not control product listings, quality, or pricing.
- Does not own the products listed.
- Does not provide warranties.
- Acts as a facilitator, not a direct seller.

6. Order Placement and Cancellation

8. Payments & Fees

11. Indemnity & Liability
Users agree to indemnify Buddy Deals against any legal claims arising from:

- Unauthorized use of an account
Buddy Deals is not liable for:
- Delays in services

- Losses from disputes between buyers and sellers
12. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyrights, and content on the Platform belong to Buddy Deals or respective sellers.
Users cannot:
- Copy, modify, or distribute content.
- Use Buddy Deals branding without permission.
